Two features in one
The double brush sieve cleaner combines the sweeping action of a brush cleaner with the double-sided body of a double cleaner. With cleaning elements on both faces, it keeps contacting the cloth even if it flips over in the compartment. The result is cleaning that is both continuous and gentle on the cloth.
Which problems does it solve?
- Flipping: single-sided brush cleaners can flip over under strong oscillation and stop working; the double design removes this.
- Sticky product: bristles sweep moist, sticky particles from the openings.
- Heavy load: on sieves that run full all the time, cleaning becomes continuous.
Selection tip
If a sieve keeps blinding, first check whether the cleaners move freely and whether they flip over. If they flip often, or single-sided brush cleaners are not enough, the double brush cleaner is a good solution. Choose the size that suits the sieve frame; a cleaner that jams in the compartment does nothing.
Maintenance
Check the bristles on both faces. Heavier wear on one face shows the cleaner has mostly run on that side. Replace cleaners with flattened, matted or thinned bristles compartment by compartment.
